About

Graham originally trained as an actor, and worked in the theatre and in voice-overs for several years. With remarkable good fortune, following one of the many out of work periods, he ended up with a broom in his hand, - not on the stage, as one might expect, but in a fashion and advertising photographers studio in London's East End, and so started a lengthy apprenticeship in tea-making, long hours and nights in the darkroom and general duties in a busy studio. In time he decided he'd had enough of the studio environment and decided to move toward reportage and documentary work.
Over the last 20 years his work has appeared in all of the UK National Newspapers, including The Independent, Guardian, Daily Telegraph. In 1995 he started covering assignments for the Los Angeles Times, specialising in features and portraiture. Clients nowadays are mainly U.S. and his work has been regularly published in Time Magazine, Washington Post, Herald Tribune and New York Times amongst many others. He has contributed to several books,
( ' 5000 Days ' & 'Assignments' titles) and exhibited at the National Theatre, London.
After a brief period of working in documentary production, he has now dedicated himself to shooting landscape and environmental content and is currently working on a book about the British Isles.
